Reviewing BITA’s Spring Showcase & Studio Show

100 days of showcasing the latest trends, collections and now artwork too!

The sun shone on Chelsea Harbour during our Spring Showcase & Studio shows and you came in your droves to join us for our centenary celebrations – the free tea, coffee and canapés certainly seemed to help too!

With over 800 visitors and almost 400 companies visiting the two day fabric, interiors and artwork shows we were overwhelmed with the positive response that these already popular shows received. We are very proud of the warm and intimate feeling of BITA shows and even more delighted that you enjoyed it so much, whether a first time visitor or a regular BITA supporter:

“As a newbie to the show I found it very welcoming and there was an excellent range of suppliers.” Nancy Landers, ZigZag

“The BITA 2016 March showcase was the best one to date; many fabulous collections to browse through and a good selection of suppliers.” Sarah Clarke, Sarah Clarke Interiors

“It was doing business in a conversational way. All the exhibitors were friendly; it was nice to meet them and well worth the trip.” Erik Fens, Marks of Difference

Our exhibitors enjoyed it just as much too:

“Claire Louise Designs was happy to exhibit at BITA’s first design show, at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. It was a great opportunity to show the collection to new and existing companies. Looking forward to next year!” Claire Taylor, Claire Louise Designs

“Nice to see so many customers and the show was even better than last year: well done!” Ben Jacobs, Chatham Glyn

“As first time exhibitors we were impressed with the whole show, especially the canapes, thank you for making it such a fantastic experience.” Rachel Child, Rachel Child Designs.
With the established Trade Show – showing a full range of interior and textile products – now complimented by the Studio Show- where surface pattern and textile design studios offer their artwork and design collections – this annual event will only grow from strength to strength, just like the Gala Dinner.

This year was BITA’s third annual Gala dinner for the trade, and as the number of guests grows each year, so does the amount of fun! This year magician, Adam Keisner, wowed guests with his repertoire of amazing tricks including solving a Rubik’s cube one handed without looking!
